At EasyPC, we want to ensure your setup is perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all hardware and components. If your purchase doesn't meet your technical requirements, we are here to help with a straightforward exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your EasyPC account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and protective foam to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Tech Center

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure delivery back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement component within 3-5 business days.
